Damaged or Defective Item:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We offer a free replacement of the same product under the following conditions:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be provided for verification.
The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
This policy applies only to items damaged during transit or manufacturing defects.
Important Notes:
No refunds or cashbacks are provided under any circumstances.
We do not accept claims for damage reported after 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the damage is not verified
